Bir sabah uyanırsın, sen sandığın kişi gitmiş, yerine başkası gelmiştir.
Aynı vücutta, yeni bir ruh gibi…
Dün tahammül ettiklerin bugün yük olur.
Dün sustuğun şeyler artık boğazına oturur.
Ve sen değişmişsindir.
İşte o gün, içten içe “Artık sevmiyorum seni” dediğin insanlar da olur.
Çünkü kimseye ömür boyu aynı kişi olacağımıza dair söz vermedik.
Tarzımız değişir.
Sınırlarımız değişir.
Kiminle aynı sofraya oturmak istediğimiz bile değişir.
Artık biliyorum ki bana sadece “köşede bir sandalye” ayıran insanların sofrasında oturmak zorunda değilim.
Gönlümde onlara kocaman bir yer açmışken, onların bana daracık bir kenar göstermesi benim eksikliğim değil.
Bu yüzden sessizce çekilip gitmeyi öğrendim.
Veda etmeden, açıklama yapmadan, sanki hiç olmamış gibi…
Ve tüm bu fark edişler öyle büyük, travmatik anlarla gelmedi.
Bir gün mutfakta, tencerenin başında fasulyeyi pişirirken geldi.
Artık o yemeği sevmeyi seçmiştim.
Küçükken payı bana düşmeyen o yemeği artık kendim için pişiriyordum.
